Gill is a UK trained Irish physiotherapist with a background in sport and exercise science from University of Limerick, Ireland. She has 12+ years of experience working with both the athletic and the sedentary population helping people heal their movement dysfunction and pain with both exercise therapy, manual therapy and electro-modalities.

She has worked in Ireland, the UK, America and the UAE which has given her a wide range of experience with different cultures and beliefs assisting with her communication and hands on skills. She has worked for 3 years in Abu Dhabi in a longevity clinic with cutting edge technology, helping the patients improve their movement dysfunction and assist with their lifespan by combining physical therapy with other bio-hacking devices such as red light therapy, ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy etc.

The past 3 years she has been working in Dubai’s leading private sports injury clinics which has offered her the opportunity to integrate all her skills into sports rehab and performance.
She has always been very sporty and aware of fitness and health, she is a runner and a keen triathlete which helps her stay physically strong and mentally tuned.

Her aim is to help others improve their physical health and heal their injuries through guided exercise, mobility and education.
