- Dr. Yolande completed her MSc at the University of Cape Town – South Africa, then moved continents and went on to pursue her Doctor of Medicine (2011- 2014) at the University of Melbourne in Australia.
This was followed by her specialist training in Family Medicine (General Practice Fellowship (RACGP)) from 2016 to 2019.
During this journey, she gained experience in varied fields of Family Medicine which included General Medicine, Rehabilitation, Colorectal Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatric Emergency and Emergency.
Her passion was to be involved with the community and to pursue this she has worked for the last five years in Melbourne, Gold Coast, and other regional towns in Australia, in both hospitals and general practice. Dr. Yolande relocated to Dubai in 2020, and has been practising as a Consultant Family Medicine.
