Dr. Saeed graduated from Alexandria university in 1983 and trained in Alexandria University hospitals. He joined worked in Dubai Health Authority for more than 23 years. He earned a diploma in Child Health from Dublin, Ireland from the Royal College of Physicians. He also achieved the Higher Specialty Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Saeed has extensive experience in general paediatrics and has managed and diagnosed many complex cases. Dr. Saeed worked for more than 10 years in a paediatric haematology and oncology centre in Dubai with experts trained in Germany. He also worked as part of the teaching staff for Dubai Medical College for Girls and post graduate teaching supervisor for general paediatrics, haematology and oncology.
Dr. Saeed has extensive experience in bone marrow aspiration, B.M trephine biopsy, lumbar puncture and intrathecal chemotherapy.
Dr. Saeed is particularly interestes in newborn checks, vaccination and growth follow up, as well in managing and diagnosing cases of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma.
He has attended many conferences on asthma and is a member of the World Allergy Organization.
