- Dr. Bisan Shehade is a highly experienced specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with over 12 years dedicated to women's reproductive health, working in leading hospitals in the UAE including Corniche Hospital, Danat Al Emarat Hospital and NMC Hospital.
She earned her medical doctor degree from Damascus University, Syria, and is certified by the Arab Board in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Following her graduation, Dr. Shehade completed her internship at Dubai Health Authority medical facilities. She then underwent a five-year residency training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in a program accredited by the the American ACGME-I.
In addition to her extensive training, Dr. Bisan Shehade has pursued further education in her field. She earned a diploma in Aesthetic Gynaecology – The American Association. She is also a certified instructor for PROMPT (Practical Obstetric Multi-Professional Training) where she trains doctors, midwifes and nurses on how to respond to obstetric emergencies.
