Summary
Dr El-Sayed started his early medical career in United Kingdom where he completed his foundation years of training in London. He then completed his gastroenterology training in North East Deanery in London where he rotated in a few teaching and reputable hospitals including Royal Free and University College London Hospitals. He acquired his advanced pancreato-biliary and hepatology accreditation in London. Dr El-Sayed acquired his CCT in 2015 and then undertook further fellowship training in advanced pancrteato-biliary endoscopy until 2016 he was appointed as a full time gastroenterologist and general physician at University Hospital Dorset. He also occupied the role of endoscopy training lead at University Hospital Dorset and chaired the conscious sedation committee for the trust.

Dr El-Sayed has published his research in reputable international medical journals and presented his work in many medical conferences and symposiums.
