Chantale Abi Char completed a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology at the Lebanese University. She subsequently went on to achieve a graduate certificate and completed training in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy given by the Lebanese Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (A.L.T.C.C.) in Beirut, in partnership with the French Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (A.F.T.C.C) in Paris. She also received a graduate certificate in training and advanced supervision in Integrative Psychotherapy from Tabyeen International in Beirut. Moreover, she earned a certification and training in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy from Tabyeen international in Beirut in partnership with I.E.F.S.H in Belgium. Her clinical expertise exceeds eight years and includes working with children, teens, adults, families and couples. In addition, she administers psychological tests and scales to evaluate emotional, mental, behavioural and familial issues.
Chantale uses a broad range of cognitive behavioural and insight orientated techniques in the psychotherapy and counseling process. She has taught a broad variety of academic psychology and counselling courses at the Lebanese University.

Her research and publication interests have included addictions, sexual disorder, violence and depression.
