At Mediclinic, we follow a Patients First philosophy. Listening to the voice of our patients is the only way by which we can learn, understand what we can do better and how we may further improve our services.

Patient experience research is conducted amongst outpatient and inpatients at every Mediclinic Middle East facility.  Following your discharge or visit, you may receive a questionnaire either by email or WhatsApp.  The survey is available in both Arabic and English and your response is very important to us, so we do ask that you take the time to complete it and give us your honest opinion of your experience at Mediclinic. You are also available to give us real-time feedback whilst you are in our facilities by scanning a QR code.
