Patient experience research is conducted amongst outpatient and inpatients at every Mediclinic Middle East facility by one of the world’s largest independent patient experience measurement research agencies, Press Ganey. Following your discharge or visit, you may receive a questionnaire either by email or SMS. The survey is available in both Arabic and English and your response is very important to us, so we do ask that you take the time to complete it and give us your honest opinion of your experience at Mediclinic.
