Dr. Al-Rukn is a highly experienced neurologist who specialises in stroke and cerebrovascular disease. He completed his Adult Neurology Residence program and Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disease Fellowship at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He is Canadian Board certified in Neurology.
He has undertaken several research projects within his area of expertise and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Emirates Medical Association and Chairman of UAE University Scientific Society.
