She trained in Paediatrics in the UK and became a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH-UK). She then trained in Family Medicine and became a member of the Royal College of Family Practitioners (MRCGP - UK). She also has a diploma in Family Planning and Sexual Health.
