Dr Huda has more than 30 years’ experience in Ophthalmology, including practice in the UK. She is board certified in Ophthalmology, is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK, and is certified from a course undertaken at Moorfields Eye Hospital in the UK.
She has been specialising in cornea refractive surgery since 1999, and has performed e thousands of PRK, LASIK and corneal crosslinking surgeries. She has experience in using multiple laser models and platforms from many different manufacturers, multiple microkeratomes and Intralase.
She has pioneered corneal crosslinking surgery for keratoconus patients in UAE since 2008, and has presented her research about keratoconus and corneal crosslinking in children at local and international conferences.
