Dr. Mohammad Felo, a German board-certified consultant in interventional cardiology and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI), brings over 20 years of expertise spanning education, training and practice in Germany.
He graduated from Goethe University Medical School in Frankfurt am Main, one of Germany’s most prestigious medical institutions. Dr. Felo completed advanced cardiology and interventional training at renowned high-volume centers across Germany, where he honed his expertise in complex cardiovascular care.
Specialising in the management of ischemic heart disease, including acute heart attacks and complex coronary interventions, he is also a member of the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions (EAPCI), reflecting his commitment to clinical excellence in interventional cardiology.
Beyond his interventional expertise, Dr. Felo is a certified specialist in cardiovascular imaging, holding Level II certifications in cardiac MRI (Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance) and coronary CT scanning (British Society of Cardiovascular Imaging). He is also a certified instructor in cardiovascular ultrasound by the German Society of Sonography (DEGUM) and a Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography (FASE). A passionate educator, Dr. Felo has trained and mentored junior medical staff in advanced echocardiographic techniques, contributing to the development of future cardiologists.
After two decades in Germany, Dr. Felo relocated to the UAE, where he worked in Dubai for two years before joining Mediclinic Welcare Hospital. Fluent in Arabic, English and German, Dr. Felo is dedicated to providing exceptional care to his patients.
