Summary
Arshi graduated from the University of Birmingham with a first class degree in Physiotherapy in 2018. She gained experience during her undergraduate training at professional football clubs in the UK as well as post-qualification junior rotations within orthopaedics, elderly care and musculoskeletal outpatients, in which she subsequently chose to specialise.
She has worked within Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy as a chartered physiotherapist in outpatients within both the NHS and private sector since 2018, with a special interest in return-to-sport rehabilitation. She treats many conditions including sporting injuries and post-operative rehabilitation alongside low back pain.
She completed a Masters in Sport and Exercise Medicine in 2023, gaining a distinction from Manchester Metropolitan University. She has also completed various training courses to expand her knowledge including strength and conditioning for therapists and sports taping.
