Summary
Ms. Lama Tabasha earned a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics with the
highest honours from the University of Sharjah in 2018. During her undergraduate clinical
training, she interned at several governmental hospitals including Dubai Hospital and Al
Qasimi Hospital. Additionally, as part of her undergraduate community nutrition training,
she received training at the Ministry of Education in Dubai. She has completed a six-month
postgraduate internship program at Al Mafraq Hospital before obtaining her HAAD license as
a clinical dietitian.
Lama almost five years of experience in inpatient acute care including surgical and medical
case management, as well as outatient clinical services.
She is passionate about working in clinical settings, particularly medical wards and
outpatient clinic counselling.
