prescribing or administering treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialised medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.

Commissioning healthcare by liaising with medical professionals in the community and hospitals
Organising preventative medical programs for individual patients
Providing specialist clinics for specific conditions
Keeping up to date with medical developments, new drugs, treatments and medications, including complementary medicine and interactive medicines
