Dr. Younes graduated as a nephrologist in 2016 from the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC), Beirut, Lebanon, and complemented her experience with additional training at the Nephrology and Renal Transplantation Center, Rangueil, Toulouse, France.
She then returned to Lebanon and gained almost five years of experience in all different aspects of Nephrology including management of primary and secondary hypertension, acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, ESRD (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis), glomerular diseases, electrolytes disturbances, renal stones, and renal transplantation: immediate pre transplant evaluation, post-transplant follow up, acute and chronic post-transplant complications and immunosuppression.
