Dr. Asif completed his medical degree in 2005 followed by an MD Internal Medicine in 2010 from India and became a Member of Royal College of Physicians, London in 2012. He holds a specialist license in Internal Medicine with the DHA and has been registered with the General Medical Council (UK). He has worked in India and moved to the UAE in 2013. He has gained extensive experience in Internal Medicine and inpatient care with special emphasis on patients with complex infections. His special interest lies in infectious diseases, tropical medicine and travel medicine.
Dr. Asif has completed a Masters (MSc ) in Infectious Diseases and studied Travel Medicine at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). He is also an Adjunct Lecturer of Medicine at Mohammad Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health sciences MBRU).
