Summary
Lama graduated with a bachelor’s degree of physiotherapy from Beirut Arab University in Lebanon in 2016, and then earned a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree in 2019. She has over eight years of clinical experience in the field of Physiotherapy, having worked in various hospitals and outpatient college clinics as part of the university training programme in Lebanon. She ran her own Physiotherapnamed Dr.Lama Ghotmi Physiotherapy Center, as the owner and founder from 2017 until 2022.
Dr. Lama has experience in treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation for conditions such as knee/hip replacements, ACL reconstruction, meniscectomy and shoulder arthroscopy/rotator cuff repair and spinal surgeries. She also provides pre-operative and conservative PT treatments, as well as scoliosis rehabilitation.
Currently she is a part of Mediclinic Al Madar in the Spine Physiotherapy Department, where she serves as a supervisor for the team.
