1- Click on the iOS or Android link above to view the Mymediclinic24x7 app in your app store.
2- Download the app.
3- Log in (If you have booked online and created a password, please use it to proceed further, alternatively please log in as “Guest”)
4- Select the appropriate country code and type in your mobile number. If logging in as “Guest”, you’ll receive an OTP (one time password) via SMS. Please enter the 4 digit OTP in the next field and click’ verify’
5- When the app opens, you see the default “Book an Appointment” screen. At the top left corner, you will see 3 horizontal lines - click on them.
6- Then click on “Manage Appointments”; you will see your “Upcoming” appointments.
7- If it is your first teleconsultation with Mediclinic on this platform, please read and agree to the telemedicine consent, by ticking the box.
8- At the time of the appointment you can click the blue “Start consultation” button to start your consultation.
Please note that at times the doctor might be running late with other appointments, and will join the call as soon as possible; please stay on the video call. Should the doctor be more than 15 minutes late please call 800 2022 for assistance.
