Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of dry oats
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • Cup blueberries
  • 1 cup boiled skimmed milk

Directions:

  • Combine the oats, raisins, walnuts and blueberries in a bowl
  • Add 1 cup boiled skimmed milk to the bowl and stir thoroughly. Oatmeal will thicken upon standing.
