The Dialysis department offers safe, effective, personalised and quality dialysis treatment to acute and end stage kidney failure (ESKD) patients. We provide comprehensive renal services for patients with either chronic or acute kidney failure on an inpatient and an outpatient basis. The care of hemodialysis patients involves orientating a newly diagnosed patient with ESKD with the different aspects of kidney replacement therapy.
We take a comprehensive look into the patient’s history along with labs and x-ray results to make sure we are offering a multi-disciplinary approach to the care of these patients with particular focus on lifestyle changes, especially with a strict adherence to a hemodialysis schedule, medication, fluid as well as dietary restrictions.
Patients aged 18 and above can be seen at our unit.

- Ongoing maintenance hemodialysis treatments for both inpatients and outpatients suffering from chronic end stage renal failure.
- Educational initiatives aimed at patients, families, healthcare providers, and significant others to enhance understanding and management of renal diseases, treating the patient holistically
