This challenge is designed to encourage a healthier lifestyle through walking, and it's a perfect opportunity to get moving and enjoy the benefits of fitness in a community setting. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, we invite you to take part and step your way to better health. Each week we’ll draw three lucky winners to receive an AED 250 gift voucher, and at the end of the challenge, one winner will walk away with our grand prize worth approximately AED 2500.
How to Participate:
- Download the Fitze app, a fitness rewards app and a partner of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
- Navigate to the "Step up with Mediclinic Challenge" on the app and join the challenge by November 4th.
- Reach 300,000 steps in 30 days from the day you join the challenge.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- The challenge is open to UAE residents only.
- Participants are advised to consult a medical professional before participating in the Step Up with Mediclinic Challenge.
- By participating in the Step Up with Mediclinic Challenge, the participant acknowledges that neither Mediclinic Middle East, Fitze nor any of its reward/activation host partners are liable in any manner whatsoever for any financial compensation for any injuries, medical issues, or accidents that may occur to the participant, as a result of his/her participation in this steps challenge.
- All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk, cost and consequences and free will.
Challenge Period:
- Registration for the challenge opens on October 26th in line with Dubai Fitness Challenge
- Registration closes on November 4th.
- Challenge ends on December 4th.
Prizes and Winners:
- Weekly Prizes: Three winners will be selected every week through a lucky draw to receive a prize of AED 250 each.
- Grand Prize: One winner will be awarded a prize worth approximately AED 2500 at the end of the challenge.
- Winners will be selected through a lucky draw system based on their participation and engagement during the challenge.
Draw and Winning Eligibility:
- To qualify for the draw, participants must complete the challenge within the specified time frame.
- Participants must follow Mediclinic’s Instagram page to be eligible for the weekly and grand prize draws.
- To increase the chances of winning, participants are encouraged to share their fitness activities, such as walking or other physical activities, on social media, tagging Mediclinic, and using the official challenge hashtags #stepupwithmediclinic.

- All participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the challenge.
Disqualification:
- Mediclinic and Fitze reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
