Definition
Dizziness is defined as lightheadedness or vertigo. Fatigue is physical and mental tiredness that is not relieved by rest or sleep.
Cause
Both dizziness and fatigue can be caused by various underlying health conditions. The most common causes of dizziness and fatigue can include:
- Chronic fatigue syndrome
- Hypoglycemia
- Iron deficiency anemia
- Concussion –a temporary brain injury, usually as a result of trauma
- Migraine –throbbing, pounding headache that is long lasting
